100% virgin PE100 resin. IS 4984:2016 specification. 20mm to 400mm diameter. Built for India's water infrastructure — and proved by 12,000+ km of complaint-free delivery.
Our High-Density Polyethylene pipes are manufactured exclusively from 100% virgin PE100 granules sourced from IOCL, Reliance, or equivalent manufacturers — the only raw material specification mandated by BIS IS 4984:2016. No recycled material. No shortcuts.
Produced on world-class KABRA-KOLSITE extruder lines at 8–12°C water temperature, every pipe undergoes dimensional, hydraulic, and material testing in our in-house BIS-approved laboratory before dispatch.
Available in straight lengths (12 metres) for diameters above 110mm, and coil form (100–500 metre coils) for diameters up to 110mm — with optional copper extrusion for underground tracing.
Pipes are manufactured in multiple pressure classes (PN) and corresponding SDR (Standard Dimension Ratio) designations. Select the class that matches your working pressure requirement.
| Pressure Class (PN) | SDR Designation | Working Pressure | Typical Application | Available Diameters |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| PN 6 | SDR 26 | 6 bar | Gravity irrigation, general water supply | 20mm – 400mm |
| PN 8 | SDR 21 | 8 bar | Pressurised water supply | 20mm – 400mm |
| PN 10 | SDR 17 | 10 bar | High-pressure water mains, industrial supply | 20mm – 315mm |
From India's most critical drinking water missions to large-scale agriculture and industrial systems.
Primary pipe for water transportation projects — irrigation networks, potable water supply, and large-scale infrastructure schemes. Made from food-grade virgin resin, safe for human consumption.
Widely used in state-sponsored micro-irrigation and major irrigation projects across MP, Rajasthan, and UP. Resistant to pressure surges and terrain variations.
Chemical resistance and joint integrity make HDPE the preferred choice for sewerage networks. Leak-free joints eliminate the contamination risk of bell-and-spigot systems.
Coil-form pipes for drip irrigation systems and sprinkler networks. UV-resistant formulation withstands years of outdoor exposure and agricultural chemical contact.
Chemical resistance across a broad pH range makes HDPE suitable for industrial process water, chemical transfer, and effluent disposal. Rated for continuous use up to 60°C.
PE100 grade HDPE is suitable for medium-pressure gas distribution networks. High impact resistance and flexibility make it the global standard for below-ground gas piping.
For diameters up to 110mm, we supply pipes in coil form — significantly reducing the number of joints required in the field, lowering installation time and leakage risk.
Coil-form pipes are the standard choice for last-mile water delivery, agricultural drip systems, and rural water supply schemes where trenching and laying flexibility is essential.
Available with optional copper extrusion — an insulated copper wire co-extruded along the outer surface — enabling precise underground pipe tracing without excavation.
100–500 metre continuous coils eliminate most field joints, the primary failure point in water supply systems.
Natural flexibility eliminates need for fittings at most bends, reducing cost and installation time in uneven terrain.
Same 100% virgin PE100 formulation as our straight pipes. Certified safe for potable water transport under IS 4984:2016.
Carbon black additive provides UV protection for outdoor storage and installation. Termite and rodent resistant — no protective coating needed.
Our in-house BIS-approved laboratory runs dimensional, hydraulic, and material checks on every production batch. No pipe is dispatched without passing all tests.
We use only IS 7328 / ISO 9080 certified PE100 virgin granules from IOCL, Reliance, or equivalent manufacturers. Every purchase invoice is retained and available for client verification. No recycled, blended, or adulterated resin — ever.
Our BIS-approved in-house laboratory operates round the clock. Tests include hydraulic pressure (sustained & quick burst), dimensional checks (OD, wall thickness, ovality), tensile strength, and melt flow index verification.
KABRA-KOLSITE extruder lines process pipes at 8–12°C water cooling temperature — preventing ovality and shrinkage that cause field failures. Temperature-controlled production is a differentiator few manufacturers practice.
Any client, contractor, or government quality inspector may visit our plant at any time without prior notice. We maintain this policy because our process is fully compliant and we have nothing to conceal.
Over 12,000 km of HDPE pipes delivered across government and private projects — without a single complaint about quality, dimensional accuracy, pressure rating, or field performance.
With 6 hectares allotted at Pithampur Industrial Area, our next phase will bring the same ethical manufacturing standards to a much broader range of pipe products.
Rigid PVC and UPVC pipes for above-ground plumbing, water supply, column pipes, and conduit applications. The most widely specified pipe type in Indian construction.
Polypropylene Random Copolymer pipes for hot & cold plumbing in residential and commercial buildings. Fused joints ensure completely leak-free systems.
Agricultural sprinkler and drip irrigation systems for efficient water delivery to crops. Pairs directly with our HDPE coil supply for complete field-ready packages.
Butt-fusion and electrofusion fittings to complement our HDPE pipe range — elbows, tees, reducers, end caps, and saddle clamps. Full system from a single supplier.
