HDPE Pipes — The backbone of India's water network

Our High-Density Polyethylene pipes are manufactured exclusively from 100% virgin PE100 granules sourced from IOCL, Reliance, or equivalent manufacturers — the only raw material specification mandated by BIS IS 4984:2016. No recycled material. No shortcuts.

Produced on world-class KABRA-KOLSITE extruder lines at 8–12°C water temperature, every pipe undergoes dimensional, hydraulic, and material testing in our in-house BIS-approved laboratory before dispatch.

Available in straight lengths (12 metres) for diameters above 110mm, and coil form (100–500 metre coils) for diameters up to 110mm — with optional copper extrusion for underground tracing.

HDPE Coils — Last-mile delivery, made easy

For diameters up to 110mm, we supply pipes in coil form — significantly reducing the number of joints required in the field, lowering installation time and leakage risk.

Coil-form pipes are the standard choice for last-mile water delivery, agricultural drip systems, and rural water supply schemes where trenching and laying flexibility is essential.

Available with optional copper extrusion — an insulated copper wire co-extruded along the outer surface — enabling precise underground pipe tracing without excavation.

Fewer joints — lower leak risk

100–500 metre continuous coils eliminate most field joints, the primary failure point in water supply systems.

Flexible — installs around obstacles

Natural flexibility eliminates need for fittings at most bends, reducing cost and installation time in uneven terrain.

Safe for drinking water

Same 100% virgin PE100 formulation as our straight pipes. Certified safe for potable water transport under IS 4984:2016.

UV & termite resistant

Carbon black additive provides UV protection for outdoor storage and installation. Termite and rodent resistant — no protective coating needed.
