Our Story

Born from a conviction, not just an opportunity

Aquatic Pipes & Tubes Private Limited is an HDPE Pipe Manufacturer, incorporated on May 17, 2018, by Ghanshyam Gupta — a former Customs & Central Excise Officer with over 20 years of direct industry oversight. He had seen, first-hand, how widespread adulteration in pipe manufacturing was causing project failures, financial losses, and waterway contamination across India.

So he set out to build the alternative: a company that would prove, through its track record rather than its promises, that ethical manufacturing is not only possible but commercially sound. No recycled resin. No shortcuts. Full transparency, always.

Production commenced in April 2019 at our facility in Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh — a backward rural area, chosen deliberately to generate local employment. Within 14 months, client trust had driven us to scale capacity from 13,200 MT to 21,900 MT annually. In 7+ years, not a single customer complaint.

100% Virgin Resin — Non-Negotiable

We source only IS 7328 / ISO 9080 specified PE100 virgin granules from IOCL, Reliance, or equivalent manufacturers. No recycled material, ever. Every purchase invoice is available for client verification.

BIS-Standard Quality Control, 24×7

Every pipe is manufactured and tested to IS 4984:2016 specifications. Our in-house BIS-approved lab runs checks round the clock.

Open-Door, No-Appointment Audits

Any client, government agency, or inspector may visit our plant at any time without prior notice. We maintain this policy because our process has nothing to conceal.

Founded by Ghanshyam Gupta at Rajgarh, Madhya Pradesh — in a backward rural area to generate local employment and bring ethical manufacturing to the industry.

Commercial production commences

First pipes rolled off the KABRA-KOLSITE extruder lines at 13,200 MT annual capacity. Every pipe manufactured to IS 4984:2016 using 100% virgin PE100 granules from IOCL, Reliance, or equivalent manufacturers.

Multiple government Quality Control Units certify APTPL pipes as conforming to IS 4984:2016 specifications, following installation at Mohanpura and Panchamnagar micro-irrigation projects.

Capacity scaled to 21,900 MT annually

Driven entirely by client demand, capacity expanded from 13,200 MT to 21,900 MT in just over a year. Electricity contracted load increased from 500 KVA to 950 KVA. Pipes now up to 400mm diameter.

Our factory at Survey No. 24/3/2 & 24/3/4/2, Village Manoharpura, Rajgarh (Biaora), Madhya Pradesh — 465661 — is a fully integrated manufacturing facility designed to meet BIS and ISO 9001:2015 standards at every stage.

We use world-class KABRA-KOLSITE extruders that process pipes at 8–12°C water temperature to prevent ovality and shrinkage. Every pipe produced is tested in our in-house BIS-approved laboratory before dispatch.
